For the last month or so there only way I can get my Charge 2 to sync with the app is to uninstall and reinstall. This only works for a day or so then it with syncing and I losing valuable data and getting very frustrated. Help

Hello @Rgoodson, it is nice to have you here as a new member of the Fitbit Community! Certainly this is not normal, but I'm wondering if you have tried any additional troubleshooting step beside uninstall and reinstall the app?

Thanks one of the suggestions helped. My location was turned off and even though I thought I had turned it on when I went into my setting it was off. Two days and no syncing issues! Thanks so much!!
