I tried to install the Fitbit update last Thursday on my Android Razor Maxxx 4.4. The update failed to load. The Charge 2 tracker stopped synching after that. I reinstalled the app, turned the Bluetooth off and back on, turned the phone off and on, but the phone no longer sees my Charge 2. Don't know what else I can do.

Yes, I restarted the tracker, and it fixed the problem.

Hello @oksana.grisko, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I've seen you posted a few days ago and I wonder how it goes so far? Is the issue still persisting?
I'm curious to know if when you call is not visible to your phone is because you are not able to sync or is your tracker not pair to your account?
