Hello @faridak, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. In some occasion the phone is not able to support newest version of apps due to the OS, however it might notify there is a new update to install.
Are you able to see which version of the Fitbit app you have?
To see what version of the Fitbit app is installed on your device:
The latest version of the Fitbit app for Android is 2.54, so make sure you have this version.
Also make sure you mobile phone is listed as compatible. To see the latest list of supported devices, please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices.
Now If your phone is listed as supported and is running Android OS 6.0+ Make sure you have location services turned on and the Fitbit app has permission to access your location. Also review your phone is not in Power Saving Mode. This mode frequently causes the device to disable Bluetooth.
You can try the troubleshooting steps for this type of scenarios:
It's important to make sure you have the latest version of the app and a compatible device to do the steps from above.
Keep me updated how it goes. I'll be around in case you need more help!
