I have a charge 2 and a samsung galaxy 3 phone. I have downloaded the app through google play store but cannot open it. If i download the app through the play store it tells me it needs to update - help please!!

@kellyfb, did you restart your phone after installing the Fitbit app? This will help it ensure it has the right drivers loaded.
