@matthewfit, the quick answer is, No. The long answer is that others within the community have posted temporary workarounds. But, Google requires Location Services to be enabled in order for Bluetooth to sync with "remote" devices, including the Fitbit. So, if you disable Location Services, that Android 6.0 operating system will not connect with your Charge 2 via Bluetooth.
