My charge 2 stopped syncing with my Samsung A8. I have tried turning the bluetooth off and then back on. I have also tried resetting the charge 2 and setting it up as a new device. Samsung cannot find the device. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi @LKelling. Welcome to the Forums!
Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Charge 2 prior posting. Nice job! Your Samsung Galaxy A8 has been confirmed to be compatible and although you've tried some steps, please give a try to the following in the given order:
I'll be around, keep me posted.
Best AnswerMy Ionic simply stopped syncing this weekend. Was working fine for months and then just stopped. I went though all the steps, (bluetooth off then back on, rebooted the Fitbit watch, etc.) nothing worked.
Try rebooting your phone, that is what fixed it for me, it is not in any of the suggested steps and is an easy one. If Fitbit support is reading this, update your troubleshooting for syncing problems and add this one to the beginning.
