I have an Android: Samsung Galaxy S5. I've had a charge 2, which has synced just fine with the phone for several months now. But suddenly... Starting a few days ago, it stops syncing at some point thoughout the day. And then the app tells me the tracker cannot be found. The only thing that works is resetting the tracker. This is a pain the a** because I have to remove the watch, then the straps, then plug it in, reset it, put it all back together, and then sync. Obviously this isn't supposed to happen.
I've looked through many of these threads but I haven't seen anything where it becomes an ongoing issue. Any long term fixes????
Thank you for your time.

Hello @Lj7itch! Welcome to the Community.
It could be an issue with the Bluetooth connection is being interrupted. Perhaps you could try to turn on the Always Connected option. Open the app, go into the Account tab and click on your tracker. There, look for the Always Connected option and make sure that it is turned on. It should improve the connectivity.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
