Charge 2 syncing with Galaxy a5

Hi

I have just been trying to sync my new Charge 2 to my Galaxy a5 phone. It doesn't work. I have now discovered that the Charge 2 might not be compatible with the a5. Any tips for getting it to work or will I be sending it back?

Have a look at the following thread. Some seem to have had success getting the A5 to work but others have not. Give the ideas in there a try but I suspect it's probably going back:
