I am beginning to think I really have a lemon of a fit bit. I had issues at the beginning with it synching and then it suddenly started working so I thought maybe it was just a glitch or something.. Now my charge2 will not synch at all. It keeps trying to synch to no avail. It says in red bar at the top "update tracker software" but when I try to click the red bar to update it says "fit bit Bluetooth server is busy, please try again."
Not sure what more to do... I have turned the fit bit on and off, turned my android mobile device on and off multiple times, turned Bluetooth on/off to no avail. At what point do you just return the device? This is just getting frustrating.
