Charge 2 won't connect to LG G6

My Bluetooth is on... I see the device. But when I click on it, nothing happens. It won't connect at all. Anyone else have this problem or know how to solve it?!

How are you trying to connect? Fitbits are unusual in that the connection has to be made via the fitbit app rather than by the phone's bluetooth settings
