Charge 2 won't pair during setup

My new charge 2 won't pair with my android during setup. It says it finds my device, but once I type in the 4 digit code it will not pair. I made sure the Bluetooth was on and there were no other devices nearby, so I'm not sure what else to do. It has been charging for about an hour and still not luck.

Have you checked that your android is on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
