Charge 2 won't receive phone call notifications

I have a Samsung S7 edge. My Charge 2 will not receive phone calls but will receive text messages. It was recieving phone calls until today and for some reason stopped. I reset the fit bit and I reset the bluetooth. Any suggestions?

Let me help you figure out what is going on with the notifications. Thanks for letting us know the steps that you have already tried.

 

I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. While some of the steps that you have tried are there please try going through all of the steps in the article to get the notifications to work once again.
