Hi everyone! I've had my Fitbit Blaze for a year now and, while I've had little issues here and there, I love this tracker. Unfortunately a new one has popped up where my active days goal won't save a change I'm trying to make. I can reach the changing goals screen in two different ways via the app, and when asking it to change the previously saved 7 days back down to 5 I can hit save and it will show that it has saved to 5, but when I back out to the dashboard and even re-enter the goals screen it hasn't actually saved and shows 7 again. My data is fine but the goal just won't change when I ask it to, even after restarting my phone and logging out/in of the app. My other goals seem to save just fine so this bugs me a lot, especially as this year health and fitness are particularly important to me, and as both my Android phone and Fitbit app are always kept up-to-date. In this case I'd recommend that we try to clear the app's cache. You can do so by following these steps:
That should get the new goal to be saved correctly.
