Goals Not Saving Changes

Hi everyone! I've had my Fitbit Blaze for a year now and, while I've had little issues here and there, I love this tracker. Unfortunately a new one has popped up where my active days goal won't save a change I'm trying to make. I can reach the changing goals screen in two different ways via the app, and when asking it to change the previously saved 7 days back down to 5 I can hit save and it will show that it has saved to 5, but when I back out to the dashboard and even re-enter the goals screen it hasn't actually saved and shows 7 again. My data is fine but the goal just won't change when I ask it to, even after restarting my phone and logging out/in of the app. My other goals seem to save just fine so this bugs me a lot, especially as this year health and fitness are particularly important to me, and as both my Android phone and Fitbit app are always kept up-to-date. Please help! Thanks in advance 🙂

Welcome to the Forums @MusicalMoony.

Thanks for sharing those steps that you tried to get it all working.

In this case I'd recommend that we try to clear the app's cache. You can do so by following these steps:

  1. Go into the phone's settings and look for the Applications settings.
  2. Once there, look for the Fitbit app and tap on it.
  3. Select the option to clear the cache.
  4. Once that is done, restart your phone.

That should get the new goal to be saved correctly.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
