Hello there @Katobow, thanks for stopping by. I'm sorry to hear about the syncing difficulties you're experiencing with your Charge 2.

As @Odyssey13 has mentioned, the Huawei Mate 20 Lite is not yet included in our official devices.

Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 and higher, Android OS 7.0 and higher, or Windows 10 v1607 or higher.

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update, something very similar to what's happened to you. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

It'd worth try the steps provided here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi, it's mate 20 lite, it was working fine on it before the update. Luckily I've download the app on my kindle and it syncs all the time on that. I'm guessing the update now doesn't include my phone?

here is something a moderator posted about phones being compatible:

"Please note that your phone or tablet is not on our list of compatible devices. We confirmed that the devices on this list are fully compatible with all features of Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. While a phone or tablet may not be verified as fully compatible, the Fitbit app may still work with your device.

We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone or tablet meets the minimum operating system requirements.

If your phone supports Bluetooth 4.0, we provide assistance and troubleshooting steps. Because your phone or tablet is not fully compatible with Fitbit devices, we can't guarantee syncing and other Fitbit features. "

Thanks I've seen that, just don't understand why as it was working fine for a whole year with my phone, then as soon as they update it stops and now it's not compatible!
