Charge 2 won't sync with Samsung Galaxy S5 active

My tracker was syncing fine this morning, but now the app can't find the tracker at all. I have restarted everything multiple times, no issues with my blue tooth connection, but I still can't get the tracker to sync. Need help!!

I'm having the same issues and now my sleep indicator is gone.

I'm now also having this issue. It worked fine this morning, but it now won't connect. i have removed the pairing and checked that the app was up to date (it is) and now my phone can't see the charge at all. When it randomly does it says that it can not communicate with the Charge 2. I have restarted the Fit Bit, my phone, turned off all other bluetooth around me. I have tried to pair it to my work phone (apple) and it connected straight away. Help! only had this thing for a week and having a lot of syncing issues.

I had this issue for about the first month. What I noticed is if I open the
fitbit app on my phone first thing in the morning I have to wait a few
minutes before it actually syncs but I don't have the issue when I do that.
It was a pain to have to resync all the time but it finally stopped and my
problem ended. Sometimes it takes a little longer to sync but it does.
