My Charge 3 hasn't synced with my Samung 8 since the 4th January. Tried everything suggested in the previous reply and still not working. What an expensive waste of money this watch is.

I got a tip that I could turn off the wifi on my phone and use only mobildata (4G). That works. Only way that I can sync. But I don't know why... It's extremly irritating!! I have tried everything but wifi is not working with the Fitbit app. My troubles started yesterday. When I opend the App it asked me to log in. I could not even log in, before I used mobildata and not wifi...
