Charge 2 not syncing to my lg g5

My charge 2 won't sync to my LG g5 phone

This may be difficult to fix. That phone doesn't seem to be on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices and there are lots of posts from people having the same problem as you. Strangely though there are a few who seem to have partial / inconsistent success. You might want to try the usual troubleshooting steps but I don't hold much hope:

• restart phone
• restart fitbit using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
• restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
• "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
• go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/
