I can't pair my phone (Huawei houner 😎 after deleting the pairing. After entering the 4-digit verification code,The application shows that it is connecting and always in this state。Chinese customer service tell me “Your phone is not compatible with our products if you want use our products you need to buy apple or Samsung” So I try to use apple,The result is still the same(The application shows that it is connecting and always in this state)
I try to restart my phone and Go into the Bluetooth settings delete all Fitbit devices in there、re-install fitbit app,The result is still the same。 please help me

By the way , My phone (Huawei honer 😎 is android 8.0 system,Bluetooth 4.2
