Charge 2 won't sync

  • Charge 2 just stopped syncing yesterday.. says to restart blue tooth which has been done. I have even logged in on another device but still wont sync. I have logged out and logged back in, uninstalled the app and reinstalled and tried the fitbit reset. I have been through my phone and amended all the settings as per a previous post. Very frustrated. Please help what else can i try???

Battery died on my phone last night and I charged and restarted it this morning and everything is back up and running on my charge 2.. yippee 

Gonna try a phone restart first next time it happens
