hope some one can help!
Since I changed mobile phones I have not been able to sync my chagre 2.
At first I thought it was my Samsung A20e at fault. After investigation it turns out that the fit bit app keeps crashing.
I have looked on all fit bit forums and tried every thing recommended so far, to no avail.
My charge 2 is other wise working correctly, recording as it should but not connecting with my phone
Any one have any other ideas? please.

Hi there @lesleylugg, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot the syncing difficulties prior to contacting us.
I'm afraid to say that the Samsung A20e is not yet included in our list of Supported Devices. You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
Since you're using more than one device to pair and sync your Charge 2, I'd suggest to try the following:
1. Remove the Charge 2 from the Bluetooth settings of the phones you have it paired with.
2. Restart your Charge 2.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
When setting up your Charge 2 again, please use only one device at the time and please turn off the Bluetooth of the other devices to avoid any interference between all of them.
I hope this helps you, I'll be around if you have any questions present.
