My Charge 2, Christmas present, is no longer syncing with my Galaxy Tab 2. Worked for 4 days. Grrrrr.

I'm a little surprised that it worked ok for the 4 days as it's not showing on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices (the Tab 3 and Tab 4 are listed)

 

But, having said that, if it worked once then it should be able to work again.

 

The first thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is to restart your Galaxy and then restart your Charge 2 using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work.
