I have a new Alta. I had a Flex before. I removed the Flex from my list of devices on my Samsung Galaxy S5 Fitbit app.
Trying to add the Alta (no devices show in the list); It shows paired to my Bluetooth.
I click to add device, it finds my tracker, says connecting, then "Not working?" Try again.
And, that's it, it keeps trying and nothing happens.
Please help - I'm frustrated.

Have you tried s restart of the Alta, or a complete shutdown then startup of the phone.

@MrsHinNH @Sashia As a couple of days have passed since you posted, can you please confirm if you're still unable to complete the setup process?
If you continue to receive the "it's not working message," I recommend @Rich_Laue's suggestion of performing a tracker restart with these instructions and then giving the setup process another try. Keep me posted!

I am having the same issue with my Alta and have decided to take it back to where it was purchased and have them show me what I may be doing wrong.
