My Charge 3 has caused more harm to my health due to stress than help. The Charge 3 does not like to connect to any of the 3 bluetooth devices I have. I have to constantly check that it is loading the data from the watch to the app. I worry about deleting the data in the App. How can I delete the FitBit data? I do not want to delete it by mistake, but I read that I should un-install the app from my phone, but will that delete the data? I really wished I did not purchase it! I had always understood it was a good product!

Hi @Waggy2 the data goes from your Fitbit to the Fitbit servers, where it's safely stored. The app is just the way you can view it or change settings. Bluetooth is used to connect your Fitbit to the server to sync. Uninstalling the app will not change your data. You'll be fine and the Charge 3 is a good product.

Hi @Waggy2 is your Charge 3 still connected to you Fitbit account? If so we do not need to connect the Charge 3 to any phone or device.
Open the Fitbit App, log into your account. Agree to any requests. You are all setup. The tracker should sync.
If the tracker does not sync, we have a sync issue and want to read this help doc.
