Looking for some support. My Charge 3 was low on battery, I plugged it in to charge and started the firmware update as well. I didn't realise that the Fitbit wasn't actually charging, and the battery ended up running out before the update was complete. I can't get the Fitbit to charge at all, and when I try to sync it with my app, it doesn't find it and says Update failed. I tried the soft reset but no joy as I don't think the Fitbit has any power at all. Any help is appreciated. I have only had this since October 2018.

I'll be moving this thread to the Charge 3 board as I think it is better suited for it.
The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely help in getting Fitbit charge so that you can used it again.
