Charge 3 GPS not tracking exercise completely

I just changed my charge 3 due to dim screen recently. The new charge 3 is unable to record my full run route with GPS. Only the initial less than 100m is recorded on the map.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Since your Charge 3 use your mobile device's GPS chip to route your exercise, can you please let me know which Android phone are you using? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on our help article:  and let me know if the issue persists.
