Charge 3 - Missing specific notifications

Hi all,

 

after spending hours on internet i decided to ask for help as all strange things happen to me....

 

The watch is new (05/08) and no damage was caused by me. My problem is that 4 days ago i noticed that the watch didnt get/vibrate notifications mainly from Whatsapp, Outlook, Gmail. All notifications are on (both watch and mobile Samsung), i reset the watch, i have on all permissions, Bluetooth is on (it synchronizes), i reset the account on the fitbit app....i got frustrated and i was left without any other ideas. 

 

Any suggestion except the obvious please? I spent hours searching on the internet and the disruption happened without any reason as i didnt apply any changes.

@Afroditi the latest versions of the app have bugs that prevent (among others) the notifications from working as they should. Check this and do the same for your Charge 3

@Afroditi the latest versions of the app have bugs that prevent (among others) the notifications from working as they should. Check this and do the same for your Charge 3
