My new Charge 3 stopped syncing fully with my phone in November. It will only partially sync and then only for the current day; the rest of November is blank. It also stopped giving me notifications from my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted my device, and followed all of the instructions in the help articles. If you look at the bar on the top of my screenshot, it never goes past this part to the full blue line indicating a full sync. Please help!!

Please see photos showing the sync progress bar at the top. Tracker doesn't sync active hours, sleep, or active minutes. The month of November is not saving. Tracker has not synced properly since 10/31.
