Charge 3 Sleep Log not showing in App

Brand New to FitBit. Just bought a new charge 3 yesterday. Set up and Sync went great. Once set up, it tracked steps, workout and sleep. All synced to the app. Woke up reviewed my sleep log in detail. Returned later to show my wife and review results with her. Fitbit still shows the sleep time but the app no longer shows my sleep log details. It was there this AM, now it's no longer there. All of my other data from yesterday is still available to be seen, just not the sleep data. So the Fitbit is syncing. Sleep Log went missing...how do I fix this? I've restarted the fit bit and logged out of and back into app already...didn't work

Does the sleep log show up at https://www.fitbit.com/sleep

No it doesn't show up there either. It was definitely there this AM because I reviewed it and explored the different views of information. We'll see what happens tonight and see what shows up tomorrow.

@Rich_Laue Well after two days both the last 2 logs are there. Now the only issue is, if I click on any details for any individual log, that log duplicates. If I look at multiple details it duplicates that light each time. I've ended up with 4 duplicates of the same light after viewing variuos details...very strange.

I am having the same issue. I received the charge 3 one week ago. This is my first tracker. Not only is the app duplicating entries every time I view them, it is dividing my sleep into two entries. Is anyone else having the issue?

What type of entries are being duplicated @Lofis, are they some type of start, posts in the community. ?

Are you saying that you have one sleep session then next time you view sleep you now have two sleep sessions and then 4 sessions, all for the same night?

Rich, thank you for replying.  An example would be going to bed at at 10:45 pm and waking at 7:30 am.  When I go to view the log in the morning it shows two sleep sessions: 10:46 pm-1:56 am and 3:17 pm-7:47 am.  I am not sure if it is the Charge 3 or the compatibility with the Galaxy S9 .

What was happening between 2 and 3 o'clock?

WIth the Charge 3 sleep is detected by on the tracker itself, the older, before ionic, sleep is detected in the cloud.

Your Fitbit app has nothing to do with sleep detection.

Hi Chris, I was in bed. Would it help for you to see screen shots?

But where you awake in bed?

How was the heart rate during this period, where any steps recorded?

Welcome to the Forums @Tillo826 and @Lofis. Hello @Rich_Laue.

@Tillo826 Thanks for sharing all of those details on what is happening with your sleep log!

Please know that our team is aware of the situation where the sleep logs are duplicating themselves after you look at them. At this moment we do not have anything to announce on the matter but as soon as we do we'll be sure to let everyone know.

@Lofis It is possible that the app thought that you were awake during that time. Did you move around a lot or perhaps had a bad dream? Maybe the night was particularly cold or warm and thus you were moving around trying to find a better position to sleep in. If the Fitbit tracked movement or a relatively high HR then that would explain why it recorded that period of time as you being awake and that's why it shows the two sessions.

Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
