I've been wearing my Charge 3 for several months now all day and night only removing to shower and charge the battery. I take over 500 steps and sleep during normal hours. Why is my app not calculating the stress score?

Thank you for providing the details regarding your Charge 3. Sorry to know the difficulty experienced.
Please confirm that you have the heart rate 'turned on' by going on Settings. If the green light back in the tracker is not lighting up, try to clean it with fresh water and a soft tooth brush.
In the mean time, please perform a restart as indicated here.

Thank you for the response! Heart rate tracking is turned on and has been tracking and syncing heart rate data normally.
I performed a device reset. What is the next step?
