Hi Guys,
I just got my Charge 3 as a gift however my Huawei P9 Lite is not compatible... I was looking through this forum just to see that there are many...many issues with this fitbit when it comes to syncing the device so I want to double check before buying new phone..I can see that they are both on the list https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315 but seeing some posts I have a feeling that this does not have to mean that it will work so... is there anyone who has one of those two phones Motorola G5S or Samsung A6 and uses the new fitbit charge 3? are there any issues? thanks xx

Nice to see that you're digging into the Fitbit Forums @Len-Ka, let me give you a warm Welcome to our Community. Sorry for the delayed response.
You're checking the compatibility with the Fitbit app in the right place. I confirm those devices had been already tested by our team and synchronization should work, syncing difficulty is usually caused by a missing requirement. Verify each requirement before moving on to the troubleshooting steps. You can check this requirements here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
