My fitbit charge 3 purchased little over 12 months ago, has a very frustrating issue with the screen.. ..the contrast is broken and what I can make out is quite blurry so is really hard to read. Sometimes it just stays black and although I can feel the vibration as I scroll though th different screens, I can't see anything. A real pain when trying to monitor heart rate during my crossfit sessions. Seen the post from other people so I can see this is a known issue. Have tried all the suggested fixes with no result. I expect more than 12 months out of a device that cost as much as I did. Love my fitbit but pretty unhappy with this issue.
