Charge 3 not receiving notifications

I have a charge 3. I don't get phone calls or text messages.

I have rebooted the watch several times, uninstall the app several times, disconnected the Bluetooth and rebooted several times and nothing.

Anything else I can do.

It sometimes says I need to download the app, when I have already done that.

Records my activities.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
