Charge 3 not syncing all data

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi. I've had my charge 3 since October and it worked fine for a while but since 15th November it will not sync properly. I've reinstalled the app, updated my phone's software but it's still not syncing correctly.  Steps are ok but active minutes,  sleep, etc are not syncing.  Yesterday the correct number of steps were showing but now it shows zero when I look at yesterday

Welcome to the Forums @Lindag28.

Let me help you in making sure that everything is syncing correctly.

I'd like to recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. That should definitely help in getting it to sync.

In the meantime I'd like to ask some questions:

  • What phone is it that you are using?
  • How did you notice only steps were syncing?
  • Could you share a screenshot to help me understand what you are seeing?

Look forward to your reply.

Since posting this message I have contacted support and tried everything suggested by them and on the forums.  One of the things I tried was unpairing my device and now it will not pair with my phone via Bluetooth.

Hello @Lindag28.

Thanks for trying all of the steps suggested by our support team.

There is a chance that the connection can be restarted from scratch. To do so, please try these steps:

  1. Go into your phone's Bluetooth settings and look for any Fitbit devices
  2. Remove all Fitbit devices from the list of devices in there.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Run the set up once again.

That should help in getting it to sync once again.

Let me know if there are any other questions.
