Hi @Csm23. Welcome to the Forums.

Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 3, and let me help you to get it connected again. Your Samsung Galaxy S9 phone appears to be a compatible device, and I'd recommend to try the following steps in the given order:

  1. Remove your Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth settings nearby. This is just for this process.
  3. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear cache.
  4. Go back one screen and tap on force stop.
  5. Reboot your phone and restart your tracker.
  6. Open the Fitbit app and set up your tracker as a new device.

I'll be around, keep me posted.

Hi @Csm23. Hope you're doing well. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for getting back and trying the steps that were posted above. Since your Charge 3 is still unable to sync after exhausting our steps, I've requested a case on your behalf so our Support team can give you a hand. They'll send you an email with more details, keep an eye on your inbox.

Hope to see you around.
