I have endeavoured to sync many times this morning. Charge 3, will sync steps but not excercise or sleep. Is it confused with daylight saving starting? Time has updated on both phone and fitbit.
Same here, have put on charger, got the smiley face, changed the clockface, turned phone off and on, blutooth off and on...all to no avail. Just sleep not syncing. Hopefully it will correct itself tonight. Please post if you find a solution.
Haven't found a solution. Hopefully tomorrow it might be OK, as it might be the daylight saving that threw it. Having said that, it coped OK with change in time zones two weeks ago. I don't think syncing has been anywhere near as good as it was before the last but one update.
