Charge 3 not tracking Bike activity

I have the latest version of the app and I have it set to automatically detect when I bike ride with my Fitbit Charger 3 but it is not.  I have to enter it in manually.  As well it use to count the steps from my bike rides and it is not doing that anymore.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the detains that were shared in your post. To further investigate, can you please let me know if you track the Bike activity with the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature and with the Exercise app as well, or just with SmartTrack? I suggest you to restart your Charge 3 and troubleshoot the Fitbit app following the next steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
