Inspire HR not syncing active minutes and deleting them

I used my Inspire HR to track an hour-plus walk today. Before I synced the device with the Android app (latest version running on Samsung Galaxy A8), my device showed 69 active minutes. I also got my notification when I reached 30 active minutes. When I synced it, the app showed my steps and other stats, but the active minutes stayed at zero. Even worse, my device also now shows zero active minutes. The same thing happened yesterday, but that time I used the exercise tracker on my device, so it showed that while still showing zero active minutes.

Hi @KarinT_, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To further investigate, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? I recommend you to restart your Inspire HR to refresh its performance and also follow the next steps to troubleshoot the Fitbit app:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.
