I used my Inspire HR to track an hour-plus walk today. Before I synced the device with the Android app (latest version running on Samsung Galaxy A8), my device showed 69 active minutes. I also got my notification when I reached 30 active minutes. When I synced it, the app showed my steps and other stats, but the active minutes stayed at zero. Even worse, my device also now shows zero active minutes. The same thing happened yesterday, but that time I used the exercise tracker on my device, so it showed that while still showing zero active minutes.
