inspire not turning on

My new Inspire fitbit suddenly has a dark screen. It still counts steps, but I want to see the clock. What should I do?

Thank you for responding. It did vibrate when I put it on the charger. Also when I pushed the start button, but the screen remained black. HOWEVER, at some point the next day the display came back on. Just hope it does not happen again. Thank youShirleySent from my U.S. Cellular® Smartphone

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your device vibrates when you connect it into the charging cable or is it completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
