My charge 3 won't track kilometres when I bike (GPS is not running) and I don't understand what's wrong? GPS on my phone is on and I have given Fitbit a permission to use it. I choose exercise type bike on my wrist watch, put it on and it seems to connect to GPS but looses connection immediately and won't connect again. What could be wrong?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this and because your Charge 3 uses connected-GPS, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please restart your Fitbit and then check the information that's specified on: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?
