On my Nokia 6.2 the app crashes at startup. Android 10 all the updates installed and all. When I still had android 9 it was the same. I have dug up my previous phone, a Nokia 6.1 and on this the app works just fine, also android 10 and fully updated. How is this possible and how can I fix this? I would really want it to be a smart watch instead of a fancy bracelet.

This happens on my wife's as well. We've completed the steps as you've stated, it works the initial time after logging in. Once she closes the app and attempts to get back in to the app it doesn't open and the message box appears with options to wait, close or send feedback. Please review and assist

This does not help, reinstalled the app several times but nothing seems to help, get the question to wait or close the app.

FYI the fitbit coach app has the same problem. Both do run on my old nokia 6.1...
