My charge 3 is not tracking my swim or walk

Hello @angbullbrox welcome aboard, thank you for bringing this to my attention. I'm happy to give you a hand with your Charge 3.

 

Seems odd that your device is not tracking your exercises as we designed. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: How do I track exercise and activity with my Fitbit device?, take in consideration the information that is specified there and let me know how it goes. Also, please let me know if you're selecting the activities directly from our Charge 3 device or if you're using our SmartTrack feature.
