Hi, I've recently been onto Fitbit support and after a few checks was told that the issue I have is known about but there is no current fix. I was wondering if any one else was having the same problem where viewing tracked cycles the gps just draws a straight line from start to finish on the phone app. On the website dashboard its tracked correctly suggesting there is a syncing issue between the site, watch and phone app.
Just to mention my phone is the Google Pixel 3XL with the latest Android and updates.
Does any one know of a fix?

Sadly I've still got the same issue after logging out, restarting and logging back in.
