Charge 3 only shows home screen

I have been using my charge 3 for about a minth and it is already having problems. When i tap it it shows the clock but it won't show anything else.

After you get the clock face, to get to another screen are you swiping instead of tapping?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
