My Fitbit stopped syncing with my phone so after reading through these forums i ended up unpairing them with the hope of pairing would restore all syncing. Unfortunately I get as far as a code for pairing but then that fails with a big white cross on my Fitbit. Any ideas please?

Best AnswerHave you unpaired the tracker from your phones bluetooth? Make sure you have unpaired the tracker.
It sounds like you removed the tracker from the Fitbit account. Doing this will only add issue .
Open the phones settings - apps - fitbit - stop app and then - storage - clear cache

now my Fitbit is paired with my phone I need to get it to sync constantly. Any ideas? I think it might be something to do with allowing background apps and j thought I had enabled this but.......grrr still not syncing
