Hi my charge 3 would not sync .so I uninstalled the app then re installed in the meantime the screen now does not work on my fit bit so I can't see the number to pair it .have tried the smiling face thing .please help

@izabellaandme Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't working. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. After this retry the setup.
