Charge 3 shows "feature is unavailable" for notifications

Trying to turn on notifications for texts and calls on my charge 3  butit said the feature is unavailable? It is paired by Bluetooth and synced in app.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It's odd that you're getting that message, and let me help you with this matter. Before anything else, I just verified that your Moto E5 Go phone isn't compatible with the Fitbit app and this may prevent the functionality of some features. Our team keeps working hard to add more devices to that list and while there isn't a guarantee that your Charge 3 will always work with your phone, we can try some steps together:

1. Remove your Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
4. Reboot your phone and restart your tracker.
5. Open the Fitbit app and sync your tracker.
6. Set up the notifications one more time.
