Charge 3 sleep stages

Ive had my charge 3 for 2 weeks. Today ot has stopped giving me sleep stages. I've tried all the suggestions others have posted in the forum.  Should I return this device? Or is it the stupid fitbit app? My old Garmin was a lot more reliable than this.

Mine is currently doing this and I started a chat with CS, and they just ended the chat without helping me or addressing the problem. My guess is that this is a feature you have paid for, that they have taken away, and are now going to hold ransom for 10 bucks a month.

 

Also, take it back while you can.
