Charge 3 slow syncing with Samsung S7

Why does it take forever for my charge 3 to sync with my android Samsung Galaxy  7?

Seems odd that your Charge 3 is slowly syncing with your Samsung Galaxy S7. If you haven't already done so, please take in consideration the following steps:

1. Turn off the Always Connected option in the Fitbit app.
2. Disable other Bluetooth connections when not in use.ll.
3. Make sure that your Fitbit app, mobile device and Charge 3 are up to date

Solution? Is NOT a syncing  problem..my screen is black.!
