I have tried everything suggested on the community help page, turned off blue tooth and on again, turned off phone and on again, restart and reboot fitbit, reinstall app, unpaired everything from my blue tooth, stopped all apps in background. Cleared user data. I have done this repeatedly and have wasted hours trying to fix the problem. Now giving up and deem the tracker unfit for purpose. Was considering to upgrading to Charge 4, but now I am considering buying another brand which is reliable and effective.

Are you saying that your tracker will not sync? Check my post here.
That you cant set the tracker up? At what step does the setup fail and any error messages.
You can not pair the tracker through the phone, so I'm not sure what the title is related to

At first it wouldn't sync and now, following guidelines from the fitbit community, when trying to pair via bluetooth connection, it recognise charge 3, but says it couldn't pair. Never had problems before and I have not touched any settings on my phone or fitbit before the problem started.
